Dr. Ludwig Vogel
Dr Vogel is the founder and managing director of Vogel Real Estate Advisors GmbH and has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a proven expert, he has built up comprehensive expertise and an extensive network in leading positions at renowned companies.
His positions include managing director at the HIH subsidiary for retail property and in the real estate division at the listed company MPC Capital AG, where he was largely responsible for the conception of alternative investment funds (AIFs) for institutional investors, the raising of equity capital and the execution of property transactions. Previous positions include managing director of the EDEKA-Immobiliengesellschaft CEV Handelsimmobilien and head of the transaction division at ECE.
Dr Vogel has a sound academic education. He is a banker, business graduate and property economist (ebs). He completed his studies at the Philipps University of Marburg, the EBS University of Business and Law and Harvard Law School. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
In addition to his work as a management consultant, Dr Vogel lectures on real estate asset management and M&A topics at leading universities, including the International School of Management, the Northern Business School and the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences.
