Professor Dr. Verena Rock MRICS
She has been a professor of real estate investment and portfolio management at the Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences since 2010. Among other things, she initiated the Master program in Real Estate Management and the Digital Real Estate Management program launched in 2020, of which she is the director.
As the director, she also leads the Institute for Real Estate Economics and Management (IIWM).
Previously, Verena Rock worked as a fund manager at Morgan Stanley Real Estate and as a manager in the International Real Estate Advisory division at Corpus Sireo.
She studied and obtained her doctorate at the EBS University of Economics and Law (Wiesbaden), where she now is a guest lecturer.
She has been a member of the Executive Board and since 2017, Vice President of the “Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (gif). Since 2021 she is a member of the Advisory Board of RICS Germany since 2020.
As a member of the “Immobilien Manager Awards“ jury, she is a juror for the category “Digitalisation“.
