Professor Dr. Ing. Harald Stützer

After studying at the Technical University of Munich (Dipl.-Ing. Univ.), followed by a legal traineeship (surveying and land consolidation assessor) and work as a research assistant at the Technical University of Munich (Dr.-Ing.), Stützer was active as a building councelor and head of an area department in the Bavarian land consolidation administration.

This was followed by employment as project manager for petrol station network development at an international oil company and as general project manager at a medium-sized project development company. The following 8 years he worked as department director and head of the investment property division of a large German insurance company.

Several management- and shareholder activities took place from 2002 onwards. Since 2003, the main activity has been STUETZER Real Estate Consulting GmbH, which deals with consulting in the institutional real estate sector and with fund raising for real estate funds and club deals for insurance companies, professional pension funds, pension funds and Depot A investors.

Stützer has also held a teaching position at the Technical University of Munich since 2000 and has been an honorary professor for real estate management there since 2008. In addition, he has held and continues to hold several supervisory board and advisory board mandates at real estate companies.

Since 2009, he has been a member of the “Land and Real Estate Management“ section of the German Geodetic Commission of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
